XLN Addictive Drums 2: Progressive Metal ADpak

Available from Gear4Music at € 87,02.

The XLN Addictive Drums 2: Progressive Metal ADpak is a virtual drum plugin for progressive and modern metal producers. Built around Waltteri Vayrynen own Pearl Reference Pure kit this ADpak captures the articulate power and dynamic control heard on Opeths "The Last Will and Testament". Dual 22 kick drums deliver tight low-end punch with excellent note definition while the new Alternating kick feature creates more natural-sounding double kick performances automatically. You also get two distinct 14 snares offering everything from sharp attack to warmer full-bodied depth for dynamic arrangements and ghost note work. A carefully selected Sabian HHX and AAX cymbal setup adds shimmer aggression and detail without overwhelming the mix. And with 48 presets created for everything from vintage-inspired prog to modern metal production you can quickly dial in polished drum sounds that sit naturally in dense sessions.
