Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple 8 x 7 Tom Vintage Natural

Available from Gear4Music at € 498,59.

The Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple 8 x 7 Tom in Vintage Natural is ideal for drummers seeking a wide expressive range and superior tonal clarity. At the heart of this drum is a unique hybrid shell that combines wenge and maple wood providing a rich and clear sound across the entire dynamic range. The hook lugs ensure easy head replacement and precision tuning making it a breeze to maintain optimal performance. The Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System (YESS III) mounting system further enhances the natural resonance and sustain of the shell by reducing acoustic dampening. This innovative design allows the drum to vibrate more freely delivering a more vibrant and lively sound. The 3.0mm aluminium die-cast hoops contribute to the strong attack and decay while the optimised bearing edge ensures a balanced tone. Additionally the vent hole is strategically positioned to enhance midrange to low-frequency sounds providing a fuller more controlled sustain.
