The Yamaha PHX 22 5pc Shell Pack Cherry Sunburst is built for drummers who demand power depth and precise control on stage or in the studio. At its core is Yamahas hybrid shell construction combining Jatoba Kapur and Maple in a carefully balanced 11-ply design. This layered approach allows the shell to vibrate freely giving you impressive volume a rich mid-low response and outstanding sensitivity across a wide dynamic range. Each drum features a 30-degree bearing edge with a specific radius tailored to its role. The bass drum offers a sharp punchy response while toms and floor toms produce a fuller rounded tone. Add the Y.E.S.S.II mounting system lightweight 3.0mm aluminium die-cast hoops and precision Hook Lugs and you get clarity sustain and reliable tuning stability in a gloss Cherry Sunburst finish thats applied thinly to preserve natural resonance.
