Available from Gear4Music at € 9.171,05.

The Yamaha YEP842S Neo Custom Series Euphonium is Yamahas flagship euphonium. The entire instrument has been re-thought and re-designed fusing traditional brass instrument-making techniques with cutting-edge technologies. By consulting with professional players throughout the research and development process Yamaha have built a euphonium with a crisp dark tone and breath-taking projection. The silver-plate finish adds subtle nuances to the timbre of the instrument and the gold-plated trim sets the YEP-842S apart as a truly premium euphonium. Effortless playability has been achieved by improving player comfort and increasing the responsiveness of the instrument. A large bell diameter and bore size offer a huge dynamic range which gives the euphonium excellent versatility whilst easy access to the upper range has been achieved by overhauling the leadpipe design - ensuring that this instrument will excel in both solo work and ensemble playing. For a truly professional euphonium experience the YEP-842S is the only choice.
