The Yamaha YSL-882O Xeno Custom Bb/F Trombone is designed for orchestral players seeking powerful projection and refined tonal control. Its one-piece hand-hammered yellow brass bell produces a clear focused sound with strong projection helping your playing cut through larger ensembles while maintaining detail in softer passages. The larger 220 mm bell also adds a more open response giving you flexibility across a wide dynamic range. The open-wrap F-attachment design helps maintain a more even blowing feel when using the valve creating a freer response with consistent resistance across the instrument. Combined with the mechanical rotor linkage you get quick dependable valve action that feels consistent during demanding performances. Yamahas narrow slide supports a fast technique while the rounded slide crook improves airflow for a freer response. Finished in clear lacquer and supplied with an SLC-825 case the YSL-882O is built for regular rehearsals concerts and professional performance settings.
