Tim Bergling, known professionally as Avicii, was a Swedish DJ, remixer, and music producer who became a central figure in the electronic dance music (EDM) scene. Born in Stockholm in 1989, he rose to international fame in the early 2010s, crafting a distinct sound that blended progressive house with pop sensibilities. Avicii's breakthrough came with tracks like "Levels" (2011), a global hit that epitomized his melodic, uplifting style. His debut album, *True* (2013), further cemented his status, incorporating elements of country and folk music into his electronic framework, notably on the GRAMMY-nominated single "Wake Me Up."
