The Ahead 14" 12-Lug S-Hoop is part of Aheads range of specially shaped high-end steel drum hoops. As well as greater volume theyre guaranteed to bring the very best tones out of your shells. They retain tuning just like cast hoops and in most cases actually make tuning easier while improving retention. Unlike most triple-flanged drum hoops these feature an inverted flange which makes rim shots and cross stick effects much easier. The S-Hoops work with drum heads and shells from all manufacturers.
