The Attack 10" MicroFlex1 1Ply Clear Drum Head is suited to orchestral jazz and dynamic low-volume playing. Built with a thin 7 mil Dynaflex film it responds easily to lighter strokes making it a solid choice when control and sensitivity matter. Youll hear a bright open tone that stays musical even at pianissimo levels. As part of the MicroFlex series this head is designed for long sustain. Thats useful if you want toms to ring out naturally which is why its commonly used as a resonant head. The clear single-ply construction helps keep the sound open and melodic without muting the drums character. Its also fitted with Attacks pressure-fitted steel hoop. The added mass helps extend sustain and tighten up tonal focus while keeping the head seated securely under regular playing demands. Simple design choices but they make a clear difference when tuning and playing.
