The Audient iD4 2in | 2out Audio Interface is built for home producers travelling musicians podcasters and streamers who need simple high quality recording in a compact format. At its core is an Audient console mic preamp with up to 58 dB of gain low noise and a touch of analog warmth for natural voice and instrument capture. A JFET instrument input mirrors the feel of a classic valve amp front end giving guitar and bass tracks a strong starting tone when paired with amp sims. Advanced 32 bit converters with 126 dB of dynamic range help you hear small balance issues and subtle performance details as you work. iD4 runs from a USB 3.0 connection and fits easily into a desk or bag. Dual headphone outputs let you work with a collaborator while stereo line outputs support a set of studio monitors. With direct monitoring through the monitor mix control loopback for streaming and a free software package including Cubase LE setting up your first recording or expanding an existing setup is quick and straightforward.
