Consisting of an externally-biased condenser capsule and low-noise circuitry the A231 lets you capture your performance in immense detail and clarity excelling in capturing the detailed nature of a human voice and acoustic instruments. The 33mm gold-sputtered cardioid capsule allows you to remain at the front and centre of your recordings at all times rejecting any outside interference from off-axis sound sources maintaining a clean and consistent signal transfer. Ideal for broadcasters the Audix A231 is designed with a unique and sophisticated integrated shock mount that eliminates the need for bulky external shock mounts.
