The Coles 4071PB Stand Adaptor is built for studios and professionals using the Coles 4038 ribbon microphone who need a simple secure way to attach it to standard mic stands. It connects directly to the 4038 using a 4069 connector and provides a reliable 3/8-inch stand thread mount. To keep your ribbon mic safe the adaptor includes phantom power blocking. This protects the 4038 from accidental damage caused by audio interfaces or mixers that supply phantom power by default.
