With a wide bore size and rose brass bell providing excellent projection and the perfectly smooth chrome-plated inner slides giving effortless action and playability the 88HCL is perfectly suited for either blending into an orchestra or cutting through with complex solo passages. The rotary F attachment allows for flexibility in the way you play offering alternative slide positions and extending the range of the instrument downwards. This open-wrap construction offers excellent clarity and even resistance with an open feel. Featuring a patented CL2000 valve the resistance found in a traditional rotor valve has been enormously reduced. A gleaming clear-lacquered finish adds a subtle warmth to the overall sound of the 88HCL and gives it a timeless classic look.
