The Cort Gold-A8 Electro Acoustic is a Grand Auditorium guitar designed to deliver the rich open voice of a well-played vintage instrument. At the heart of its sound is Corts Aged to Vintage (ATV) treated solid Sitka spruce top a torrefaction process that recreates the tonal maturity normally gained through decades of playing. Paired with Pau Ferro back and sides the Gold-A8 produces a beautifully balanced response with sparkling highs warm mids and a focused low end. The versatile Grand Auditorium body is equally suited to fingerpicking strumming and flatpicking techniques. Built for stage and studio use the Gold-A8 features a Fishman Flex Blend system that combines natural acoustic character with flexible onboard sound shaping and a built-in tuner. A walnut-reinforced mahogany neck with a comfortable C profile provides a smooth playing experience while premium appointments including an ebony fretboard and bridge genuine bone nut and saddle abalone detailing and deluxe gold tuners reinforce its high-end feel.
