The 14 x 6.5 shell provides a snappy tone with substantially thicker and crunchier performances than its smaller counterparts. When tuned up the 14 x 6.5 Artisan snare provides a precise and rapid response while lower tuning results in a fatter dirtier tone. The icing on the cake. The 14 x 6.5 Artisan Series Rose Gum Snare is greatly enhanced by the Dixon exclusive Flip-Drop style throw-off. This luscious chrome throw-off is adjustable allowing you to position the throw-off lever to the left right or centre of the shell. The Artisan Series Rose Gum Snare Drum features a gloss vintage finish which looks phenomenal on top of the natural grain of the rose gumwood shell.
