The DW Drums Performance Series 10" x 8" Tom Gold Mist is suited to drummers wanting a punchy maple tom for performance setups. Its eight-ply North American Maple shell uses DWs HVX construction arranging the wood grain horizontally vertically and diagonally to produce warm low fundamentals with plenty of resonance and projection. The 45-degree back-cut bearing edge helps bring out the toms tone and sustain giving each hit a clear responsive character.For mounting DWs Suspended Tom Mount (STM) supports the drum while allowing the shell to resonate. You also get TruePitch tuning for making precise adjustments to your setup alongside quarter lugs for DWs familiar Performance Series hardware configuration. Handcrafted in DWs California custom shop this 10" x 8" tom is built around the same shell construction and hardware features used throughout the Performance Series.
