The EQ65 is a recreation of the filters from the Urei 565. Based on the classic Urei 565 filter set it combines powerful high-pass and low-pass filters with two switchable notch/band-pass filter sections for detailed frequency shaping. Use the band-pass mode to isolate unwanted resonances hum or ringing then switch to notch mode to remove them with highly focused cuts. Adjustable depth controls allow for subtle attenuation as well as more aggressive frequency reduction making the EQ65 suitable for corrective mixing restoration work and sound design. An integrated in/out switch lets you quickly compare processed and unprocessed audio while included instrument and special effect presets provide useful starting points for a range of applications.
