The Fender Coastline™ 57 Stratocaster® Pickup Set is suited to players wanting vintage Strat tone with added warmth and focus. Based on Fenders Pure Vintage designs this set combines alnico 5 beveled magnets fibre bobbin construction and period-correct cloth wiring for a traditional feel and response. The slightly overwound design adds extra punch and harmonic richness while retaining the clear chiming character associated with classic Stratocaster® pickups.Formvar magnet wire helps maintain strong high-frequency detail while staggered pole pieces balance output across all six strings. The reverse-wound middle pickup helps eliminate unwanted hum in switch positions 2 and 4 making it useful for cleaner sounds and studio work. Each pickup is also wax potted to reduce feedback and help protect the internal wiring. Installation hardware is included so fitting the complete neck middle and bridge set is straightforward.
