The Fender Custom Shop Ltd Ed 56 Strat Journeyman Relic is a custom-built limited edition masterpiece. Offering an authentic replication of the classic 56 Strat it boasts premium specs that give you the verve and vibe of those sought-after guitars with a few modern upgrades that promise an even better playing experience. Its features include a 2-piece Select Ash body with an offset seam and a 1-piece Rift Sawn Maple neck with a soft "V" back-shape. The guitar is finished with a Journeyman Relic® Flash Coat Lacquer giving it the appearance of a well-loved axe thats seen many gigs yet has been carefully preserved. The technical specs of this guitar are as impressive as its aesthetics. It comes equipped with 21 Medium Vintage frets Custom Shop Hand-Wound Tomatillo Strat pickups and Vintage Modified #2 Wiring with Tone-Saver Bleed. Its other features include a 5-way switch single-ply parchment pickguard a Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo and vintage-style tuning machines.
