The GForce Prophet-5 is an officially developed software plugin emulation designed for producers seeking the closest possible Prophet-5 experience in a plugin. Created in partnership with Sequential it faithfully captures the character response and musical behaviour of the original instrument across all three hardware revisions. You can explore the distinctive warmth of the Rev1 and Rev2 SSM designs or switch to the tighter more assertive character of the Rev3 Curtis filters with each model accurately recreating its unique filter and envelope behaviour. Every core element of the original synthesiser has been preserved including the simple and intuitive workflow and the classic 1978 factory patches that helped define a generation of electronic music. Alongside this authentic foundation modern enhancements such as dual-layer operation redesigned X-Modifiers MPE support and premium studio effects expand the instruments capabilities without compromising its original character. The result is a software synthesiser that delivers the sound and feel of a genuine Prophet-5 while fitting seamlessly into contemporary production workflows.
