The Gibson Custom 1955 J-45 Light Aged is a stunning recreation of the classic workhorse acoustic built with all the vibe of a well-loved vintage guitar. Handcrafted in Bozeman Montana it pairs a thermally aged Sitka spruce top with a mahogany body for that warm seasoned tone players crave while the Murphy Lab Light Aged finish gives it the feel and look of an original 50s gem. A comfortable round mahogany neck bone nut and saddle and Grover strap tuners with cream buttons make it a joy to play and reliable on stage or in the studio. Supplied in a 50s-style Lifton case it delivers timeless J-45 character with the attention to detail only Gibson Custom can bring.
