The Gotoh VK1-18 Dome Guitar Knob is a metal control knob designed for guitar potentiometers with a 6mm shaft. Its domed shape provides a clean streamlined appearance while the 18mm diameter and 18mm height create a substantial control surface for making quick volume or tone adjustments. A slotted side-mounted grub screw secures the knob to the potentiometer shaft for a firm fit. The 6mm mounting hole is designed specifically for 6mm shafts - please note that this is too small for typical CTS solid-shaft potentiometers which commonly use a 1/4" (6.35mm) shaft. The VK1-18 is made in Japan.
