The Gretsch Full Range 14 x 6.5 Hammered Brass Snare Drum is constructed from a brass shell to provide balanced power with dark complexity in its tones. This is taken one step further with the hammered finish reducing the overtones and leaving a crisp powerful and focused snare drum sound. In addition to the hammered finish the Gretsch Full Ranged Hammered Brass Snare is fitted with die-cast hoops to further control the overtones and accentuate the robust aesthetics of the snare drum. The Gretsch Full Range Hammered Brass Snare Drum is fitted a 30-degree bearing edge and an adjustable throw-off. This provides a high-quality tone from the box with extra-warmth to its sound while allowing you to achieve quick timbre changes.
