Co-designed with Chet Atkins this Nashville-style single cutaway pairs laminated flame maple construction with parallel tone bars for that unmistakable Gretsch snap air and resonance. Finished in stunning Vintage Orange Stain gloss nitrocellulose lacquer it captures the look and feel of the golden era while delivering the lively open voice that defined countless classic recordings. A pair of TV Jones T-Armond single-coils serve up articulate detail punchy lows and shimmering highs with remarkable clarity. Traditional Gretsch controls enhanced by the "Squeezebox" capacitor provide smooth usable tone shaping across the range. A standard "U"-shaped maple neck with a 12" radius rosewood fingerboard feels substantial yet comfortable while the pinned aluminium bridge and Bigsby B6CBVF vibrato ensure expressive performance with dependable tuning stability.
