This combines with the drums die cast hoops and 45-degree bearing edges to produce present but pleasantly controlled harmonic overtones with a strong crack to boot. An exquisite underside response comes courtesy of a 20-strand snare wire and an exclusive Lightning throw off and strainer which provide silky smooth action and an ergonomic handle. Finished in a stunning aged vintage patina this snare drum is sure to grab the eye on any stage.
