The Gretsch Renown Maple 22" 3pc Shell Pack is designed for drummers who want warm maple tone with classic Gretsch character. Built with 7-ply maple shells this kit produces a balanced sound with strong low-end punch clear mids and articulate highs. The 30-degree bearing edge improves head contact helping each drum respond quickly while maintaining a full controlled tone. Inside each shell Gretschs Silver Sealer coating adds extra brightness and projection giving the kit a distinctive tonal character that stands out in both studio recordings and live performances. Gretsch 302 steel hoops provide a focused attack and comfortable playing feel while the low-profile tom mounting system allows the shells to resonate more naturally. Finished in Piano Black with chrome hardware and fitted with Remo drumheads this shell pack includes a 22" bass drum 12" rack tom and 16" floor tom plus a single tom holder for a straightforward setup. Please Note: Snare hardware and cymbals not included.
