The Gretsch USA Broadkaster 22 3pc Shell Pack Satin Ebony is the original Great Gretsch Sound. A sound heard on countless classics. Revitalised with advanced drum-making techniques the Gretsch USA Broadkaster 22 3pc Shell Pack lives up to its name. Much like the original flagship Broadkaster the shells have a super-thin 3-ply construction. A special formula of maple/poplar/maple. To reinforce the shells - an interior-ply scarf joint for structural integrity.A superb balance of vintage warmth and clean controlled resonance with the amount of punch you hope for but rarely achieve pre-EQ. Tied together neatly with a responsive and cutting attack so it sits perfectly in your mix. But if thats not enough - you can look to countless jazz recordings throughout the 50s and 60s or any Rolling Stones album. They dont call it That Great Gretsch Sound for nothing. The Gretsch USA Broadkaster is a powerhouse for studio or live performances.
