The Mundo by Gruv-X is a revolutionary percussion accessory that offers unique world percussion playability. The Mundos USA rock maple and copper design produces a combination of a wooden click and a low metallic tone mimicking the sound produced by playing the side of a timbale drum (a common technique in Afro-Cuban music.) The special silicone suspension washers located between the included universal mono mounts and the Mundo protect the rim of your drum and float the Mundo away from the mount. This separation improves the resonance and frequency response as well as removing any unwanted sound or buzzing.
