The Guild B-140E Natural with Bag is an acoustic bass for players who need strong unplugged projection and dependable amplified performance. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid African mahogany back and sides the B-140E produces a full resonant acoustic voice with plenty of natural character. Its jumbo body shape helps deliver the volume and low-end response acoustic bass players often look for when practising rehearsing or performing without amplification.When you need extra volume the Guild/Fishman BT-1 pickup system makes it easy to connect to an amp or PA with soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls for quick adjustments. A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck rosewood fingerboard and 34-inch scale length provide a familiar feel while details such as the mother-of-pearl rosette Chesterfield headstock emblem and gloss natural finish complete its classic Guild-inspired design.
