The Guild F-240E Natural is a jumbo acoustic-electric guitar suited to performers songwriters and developing players. Its F-Jumbo body combines a solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany sides and an arched mahogany back producing a balanced voice with impressive projection and sustain. The larger body size delivers plenty of volume making it well suited to strumming accompaniment and solo playing.When its time to plug in the Fishman-designed GT-1 pickup system captures the guitars natural character with simple Volume and Tone controls for quick adjustments. A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck paired with a pau ferro fingerboard offers an easy playing experience across the fretboard. Finishing touches including a mother-of-pearl rosette bone nut and compensated bone saddle and vintage-style open-gear tuners complete a guitar designed for reliable performance at home in the studio or on stage.
