And thanks to so many sizes being available theres a perfect Custom alto mouthpiece for you. What really makes the Custom Dark mouthpiece stand out is the material - Chedeville rubber. This legendary rubber offers a tone which radiates a sense of purity and density which competitors simply cannot replicate. The rubber combined with the rolled over baffle and large open round chamber produces the darkest sounding mouthpiece in the JodyJazz range. Around the shank of the mouthpiece you will find a heavy stylised ring. This extra weight boosts the body of the tone and increases the harmonics. As with all JodyJazz mouthpieces the HR* Custom Dark is individually play tested to maintain the highest consistency and quality.
