The Lambden Audio PDI Pro Passive DI Box is suited to musicians connecting instruments and amplified sources to balanced audio equipment. Its passive transformer-based circuit converts your signal for connection to mixers audio interfaces and other balanced inputs with no powered circuitry required. A dedicated instrument and amp output selector lets you accommodate guitars keyboards and amplified instrument outputs while the 20dB pad helps manage signals that overload or distort the output. Ground lift is also available to tackle hum and buzz caused by ground loops. Plus a phase switch gives you 180° polarity inversion when required. The unbalanced THRU connection passes your input directly onwards making it easy to feed a guitar amplifier or recorder while simultaneously sending a balanced XLR signal elsewhere in your setup.
