The Meinl Artisan Edition Tango Line Spanish Cajon is an eye-catching cajon with a stunning tone. It produces a crisp snare effect which comes from the two groupings of three pre-tuned metal micro-coiled Cajon strings spanning across the inside of the playing surface. These strings are hand-wound in the style of master Cajon builder Jose "Pepote" Hernandez Diaz. The Baltic birch resonating body also provides clear snare sounds with clarity alongside deep bass sounds. The brown eucalyptus front plate not only provides a beautiful natural look but also produces a bold and satisfying slap sound to boot.
