The drum shell is made from one solid piece of mahogany wood with a rubber bottom which prevents scratches. There is also a hand selected goat skin drumhead which produces amazing sounds from deep bass tones to cutting slaps. The finish of the drum is of eye-catching ornamental carving. Finally the unique style and positioning of the multi-coloured rope wrapping adds to the aesthetic of the drum.
