The jingles can be activated or turned off easily and add an excellent dimension to the soft foam rubber beater. The jingles can be turned on and off to suit the music. When turned off the Meinl Jingle Contact Cajon Beater acts the same as a regular beater. The Meinl Jingle Contact Cajon and Bass Drum Beater fits any common bass drum pedal as well as the Meinl Cajon Pedals.
