Designed in collaboration with the master of Latin percussion himself this 6.75" & 8" bongo pair features Contes preferred traditional woodblock connection between the two shells. Their true skin cow heads produce a vibrant full-bodied slap while traditional 5mm TTR rims and sturdy 8mm lugs ensure top notch tuning gig after gig. Ideal for the touring professional this set comes complete with an exclusive accessory pouch containing an L-shaped tuning key and tune up oil to keep those lugs in tip top shape. A grooved design and black powder coated hardware finish combine to complete a bongo set thats as easy on the eye as it is on the ear.
