The soft foam rubber pad on the Meinl Cajon and Bass Drum Beater strikes flat on the Cajon face-plate to create deep and punchy bass notes. The Meinl Standard Cajon and Bass Drum Beater also allows the bass notes on the Cajon to develop at all dynamic levels and tempos offering a variety in sound. The beater itself can be adjusted in height so you can find your own preferred "sweet-spot". The Meinl Standard Cajon and Bass Drum Beater fits the Meinl Cajon Pedal as well as any other common Cajon or bass drum pedal.
