This model is based on Careys dry heavy ride cymbal owned since the 1990s. The cymbals weight and strength allows it to reach loud volume levels. It features a well pronounced dark wash. The unique building methods mean the Danny Carey signature has a very separate well defined bell character. The cymbal has been finished in a stunning reflected purple using Paistes ColorSound process.
