The Sela 24" Wind Gong Sun is a handmade bronze gong for meditation sound therapy and musical performance. Its traditional flat profile without a raised rim creates a broad evenly spreading sound with long sustain and a rich range of overtones. The distinctive Sun finish combines a matte untreated bronze surface with polished concentric circles giving each gong impressive visual depth while subtly refining the response for added clarity and projection.Each gong is handcrafted in China from a special bronze alloy so visible hammer marks and natural patina make every instrument unique in both appearance and sound. A beech mallet with a fleece-covered head is included helping you produce smooth controlled strikes across the playing surface. Youll also receive a black carrying bag making it easy to transport the 24-inch gong safely between performances therapy sessions or practice spaces.
