The Steinberg Etude is a virtual piano instrument thats sampled from a Yamaha C3X piano instrument. Captured in an acoustically optimised recording space it delivers a balanced sound with warm bass response and delicate harmonic detail across the upper register. Four independently mixable microphone positions let you tailor the piano for everything from intimate solo performances to spacious cinematic scores. Chromatic sampling with 12 dynamic layers captures subtle changes in touch while adjustable sustain and sympathetic resonances recreate the natural interaction between the strings for a more authentic playing experience. You can also fine-tune release samples piano noises and multiple tuning systems to match different musical styles making Etude well suited to classical jazz pop and media composition.
