The Thomastik Dynamo Violin String Set is designed for violinists wanting a balanced combination of response projection and tonal colour. The E string uses a carbon steel core with multilayer construction and tin plating while the A D and G strings feature synthetic cores. Each lower string then uses a carefully selected winding material with aluminium for the A and D and silver for the G. Together these different constructions are designed to work as a complete set balancing brilliance and colour with warmth and a powerful tonal core.Medium tension provides a balanced playing feel while the E strings removable ball end and standard ball ends on the A D and G make fitting straightforward. Thomastik-Infeld have been developing strings in Vienna since 1919 drawing on over a century of experience in string technology material science and engineering.
