The Trevor James EVO Baritone Saxophone is suited to advancing students and intermediate players seeking a responsive dependable baritone saxophone. Drawing design inspiration from the SR and Signature Custom ranges the EVO combines a rich projecting sound with practical features designed for regular playing. Its brass body made of 68% copper helps produce a full-bodied tone; while the handcrafted hammered bell is carefully voiced for consistent sound quality across the instruments range. A redesigned neck improves intonation and response making notes feel more even and controlled. The gold lacquer finish is paired with detailed engravings on the bell and bow for a distinctive appearance. Built with durability in mind the EVO features reinforced double key arms on the low C and C# keys a pivot screw system to reduce wear and adjustable key mechanisms for stable setup. It also includes a Z8 Series mouthpiece package cleaning accessories neck strap and a shaped case for transport and protection.
