The Trevor James GR African Blackwood Wave Headjoint Piccolo is a fantastic sweet-sounding wooden piccolo. The front wall of the headjoint is slightly higher than the back giving you better dynamic control and a thicker-sounding lower register - perfect for expressive playing. Made from African blackwood (Grenadilla) this piccolo has a sweeter warmer tone than its metal-derived counterparts.
