The Vandoren T7L V16 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece Metal is suited to jazz saxophonists wanting warmth projection and expressive control. Built from "Bell Metal" brass and finished with 24k gold plating it produces a rich open sound that responds well across a range of playing styles. The T7 tip opening offers a slightly freer blow giving you added flexibility for dynamic phrasing and tonal shaping.A medium long facing provides a balanced responsive feel especially when paired with Vandoren JAVA or ZZ size 3 reeds. Whether youre performing with a jazz ensemble rehearsing with a quartet or practising at home the V16 design delivers reliable articulation with a broad full-bodied character. Made in France this mouthpiece uses the original V16 large chamber design for a warm rounded sound with excellent depth.
