The Waldorf PPG Wave 3.V2 is the next evolution of the legendary PPG Wave Synthesizer one of the most respected high-end synthesizers of the 80s. Choose between models of the 2.2 2.3 and 2.V to get either the gritty aliasing bite or a smoother edge that suits the track. Each voice carries two wavetable oscillators plus optional sample playback at 8 12 or 32-bit with fast drag-and-drop loading. Up to 256 voices and poly/dual/quad/mono unison along with per-part semitone offsets make thick stacks automatic chords and confident leads straightforward. Shape sounds with the recreated 12/24 dB low-pass filter and optional overdrive then place parts across an 8-part multimode with eight stereo outputs for easy studio or stage routing. Host and MIDI automation an arpeggiator including Cascade mode and built-in EQ modulation and time-based effects support all kinds of production .
