The Wave Arts Panorama 6 is a specialised tool for creating realistic 3-D audio scenes using regular stereo sound. Reproduce sound localisation and distance cues that open up panning into the third dimension; not just left and right but up down front back near and far. By combining HRTF-based audio panning with acoustic environment modellings such as wall reflections reverb distance modelling and the Doppler pitch effect Panorama produces simulated 3D spaces that offer comprehensive control over each parameter. Format Panoramas output with the included crosstalk canceller for playback over conventional stereo loudspeakers. In this mode Panorama can make sounds appear to come from outside the normal stereo soundstage. As expected Panorama sounds great when played through headphones but anyone producing podcasts or music specifically intended for mobile devices will also achieve fantastic results.
