The WMutes Metal Concert Mute is a high-quality metal mute that is designed to produce the best quality muted timbres. Similar in muting capabilities to a standard Tourte mute this mute is smaller in size and as a result produces a more focussed stable and richer tone. A soft velvet inner surface allows for a smooth attachment to your instruments bridge and also prevents any marks or scratches or unwanted noises during performances. The integrated clip-like system allows for easy application and removal. Much like tourte mutes this mute can be clipped on a string on the tailpiece side of the bridge for easy access during performances or rehearsals. The clip design means that the mute will not vibrate or "buzz" when not in use. Made from refined brass this mute feels like quality. To finish off the premium feel the mute is plated with ruthenium other materials are available to choose from including silver or gold. The option of having this mute in a matte or a bright finish also allows you to choose the right look for you.
