What are the best budget drumsticks or mallets for £25 or less?

The Gear4music 5A Wood Tip Maple Drumsticks are the budget pick at £2; the Meinl Hard Drumset Mallet is £25 if you specifically need a mallet. Choose according to what you need to play, rather than treating them as interchangeable.

For a low-cost pair of drumsticks, choose the Gear4music 5A Wood Tip Maple Drumsticks. Their listed best new price is £2, making them the cheapest stick option in this selection.
