The Arturia OP-Xa V is a plug-in recreation of an American-made 80s polysynth. Authentic emulation via Arturias celebrated True Analog Emulation (TAE) technologies OP-Xa V contains the same unmistakable raw sound in your music. Packed with eight huge-sounding synth voices you can produce the same growling aggressive and super fat basses strings or pads that made the hardware iconic and a favourite of artists from Prince to Van Halen. Faithfully recreated down to the last detail but enhanced for contemporary techniques and production requirements Arturia has augmented the OP-Xa V with additional functionality and sound-shaping possibilities. Increased polyphony duplicated oscillators with X-mod cross modulation four function generators comprehensive modulation matrix and arpeggiator and even studio-quality effects have been implemented to offer more versatility than was ever possible with the hardware counterpart.
