The Besson BE177 Prodige Eb Tuba is a student-focused instrument suited to players progressing to around grade 6. Based on classic Besson design principles it provides a balanced tone and dependable tuning while remaining comfortable for developing musicians. The mouthpipe is carefully positioned to encourage a natural playing posture which can make a real difference for younger players during longer rehearsals or lessons. An easy-blowing leadpipe helps you produce a full controlled sound while maintaining the familiar Besson character. Stainless steel valves support quick consistent action while brass tuning slides help keep adjustments smooth and reliable. The lightweight construction makes the instrument easier to manage when travelling between school rehearsals and performances. To get you started straight away the BE177 also includes a mouthpiece and a protective case with wheels for simpler transport.
