Control your tone. The Denis Wick Heavy Top 5AL trombone mouthpiece in silver plate is designed to reduce the number of vibrations lost through the mouthpiece. The extra mass on the outside of the cup transfers energy to the instrument in a more efficient way. This extra mass improves projection and overall control of your instrument. The 5AL mouthpiece is favoured by symphonic trombone players thanks to the versatile size. Also ideal for trombone players needing a resonant high register.
